Technical CANNOT LOG IN DUE TO ERROR#124(0x85100086)

I had the same thing happen in various different places around Azeroth and outland, so I always just unstucked my character so I can go back to Dalaran inn.
but today when I tried to log on I got the same missing file error and the game insta crashes because some file in Dalaran is missing in my game.

Failed to read file:
WORLDWMONORTHRENDDALARANND_DALARAN_048.wm

Please help because I get those messages in like 4 different zones and it very frustrating, especially now when my hearth stone location is bugged and preventing me to log in.
