1. Unable to login

    Hi everyone

    I'm try to log in after 6 month, but i did not recive the email with the authentication code.
    No email has arrived for about 30 minutes.
    I tried to recover my account or change my password but it seems that my account has been released from my email.

    What can i do?

  2. I'm trying to recover my password, account mail or selecting the voice "two factor authentication issues" but the following message appears:
    {"messages":{"error":["The recaptcha challenge failed, try again."]}}

  3. Now it seems to work but:
    If I select "retrieve account name" option and enter my email, no message arrives.
    if I choose "problems with two-factor authentication" option it tells me that I haven't enabled it for my email
    If i try to create a new account using my email, it tells me that "mail box is already connected to another account."

    I checked the spam folder and all the other folders, but there is no trace of the emails with the log in code.
    If i try to use the upper options for my second account (thisone) it seems to work correctly.

    Can someone of the staff help me, please?
