Technical Cannot have access to the email with 2FA

Dear all, I hope this email finds you well, I was trying to connect to my account in warmane that was not used for almost 6 years now however when I tried to login it asked me for a 2FA code that was sent to me through an email that I no longer remember (email address at least). Therefore I would kindly ask for the procedure that allows me to retrieve my old account. I can provide you with any kind of proofs concerning the account.
