Hey! My question is what the best active low level battlegrounds the server?

There are none apart from the 19 bracket. 60 is active only so far as the guilds themselves set it up, 70 is active in the evenings but dominated by 79 most of the time. Just make a 19 on blackrock if you want bgs.
