I once played on a server where players could trade their character with someone else.
Let me explain, let's say I agreed with another player and we wanted to trade our characters, then go to the website (I had to be logged out of the account while doing this) chose my own character to trade, then it asked me which character I wanted to trade with, so I typed his name in there and I click the confirm button, so then the other player had to go to the website and he would see the trade offer from me, all he had to do was either decline it or accept it, if he accepted, the characters on his account and mine would be traded.
The point is, it would be a very nice feature and I think Warmane could also make plenty of money from it. Let's say the commission for each trade could be 30 coins. for each player, so that's about 60 coins for each trade for Warmane. Not bad and everyone would be happy!
u can pretty much do that with the current warmane trade, just with higher initial cost and 15% service fee, but pretty much the same and less abusable.
for example, just put your character with 200c worth which 30c fee then let your friend buy it, then u buy your friend character with the same method.
the higher your character gears worth, the higher the minimum price and the fee, vice versa.
imo, using a trade system which only cost u a fee without considering how much the characters worth will be 'simpler' but will also facilitate RMTs, in this case character trade-sugarcoated account trading.
Suggested and denied before, for around the same points raised by Morvion.
We wouldn't open Character Trading up for abuse/RMTs or to killing our Coin Shop. Any such "direct trading" would still have a cost set automatically by the system, just like it happens now, making it redundant.
