Realms proffesions can be restored

if i delete proffesion from character, level up another one, delete new one and when i get old one back it's exactly at the same state with same recipes learned and skill level reached, well at least keep the recipes but reset skill level as penalty. why, some craftable items for transmog are soulbound and i already have so many recipes unlocked, also for arena jewel and blacksmithing is must have, this +40res is very big but maybe after i'm done with arena i want my actual prof back.

The whole point of professions is they require dedication and commitment, not the sort of flip-flipping you want. You aren't supposed to always have the best professions for whatever you're going to do, which professions you will learn recipes for is a meaningful choice you live with.
