Where is the Icecrown character trade megathread?

I’m looking to buy some characters, but it’s tedious to go through each one on the marketplace to see if it matches what I need.

I’d rather have a place where I can post what I’m looking for along with my budget, so sellers can contact me instead of making me scroll through a long list of listings.

Is there a place for that? Thank you.
