Tabard of the Lightbringer?

Does anyone know when this will be implemented into the marketplace for WOTLK realms, it's ashame that the best looking tabard ingame (my opinion) isn't available.

Ah Thank you, i just thought since it's a pretty prominent item in Wrath that it would already be in the marketplace
