Technical WOW can’t make a required change to an archive file.

Hello,
I didn't play MoP for like 2-3 months and yesterday i downloaded 5.4.8 from Warmane , i tried to run it through Wow.exe and nothing happens for like 5 minutes and then this pops up :
Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910
I tried to run it with administrator and nothing happens, what should i do?

I tried to run it with administrator and nothing happens, what should i do?

right click on MoP folder>Properties> disable "Read-only"
