Transmog resets after logout

So I already have transmoged my dual axes into something and that works fine. But when I transmog my shoulder slot, it resets after I logout. And it also doesn't give my money back so I wasted about 16x4 gold just on that.

try unequpping the item after u transmog it and then logout.
