question on update

so some skills got damage reworked. can anyone clue me in on if they are increases or decreases like for hunters or dks. or whatever ones that were changed.

for hunters if they decreased it I am not sure that was needed for kill command. fel flame crits me more than my kill command does(30k on clothies) with greater draw backs.

I am kind of disappointing in the fixes for druid though.

also wasnt this supposed to be the updated for the next season of pvp gear? I still only see tyranical for conqeust.
