Account Trouble

Ever Since some of the realms went to MoP and the server renamed itself I am not able to log into my in-game account or my main forum acccount and what makes me irritated is that when I try to recover the password or username it says the email (or username) does not match the records even though when I go to create an account it says the email is already in use so wtf is wrong with that? When I try to recover my password that works and it sends an email to recover the password but when I try to log in it still says invalid password/account and I typed everything right.

Can I get some help here please.

Welcome back .. since you where gone the server has been hijacked and all is lost.
To recover your account you now need to contact a gm and request an account recovery.

Keep in mind that this is ONLY the account .. everything under it should be conciderd lost.
