He spawns at one spot, every 8 hours on the dot. I've witnessed at least 30 kills and loots just within our guild. Good luck!

and when you show up, they'll roll the carpet so you can get the mount

It's spawning in 1 place, i can tell you where (pm me) but there's one horde guild that is campig it for some reasons... but they are really bad in marking the target/pvp so it's easy to steal one if you know the timer (and the timer i stole it on was 22:00 Server Time)
