For now it seems like Alliance PVP and horde PVE, situations can change you know, just roll whatever you like more.

Like said, at this moment:

Alliance for very easy PvP win.
Horde for better PvE.

Warning: based on my experience on other servers, due of this boring situation alliance PvP players might change their behavior.
