Pandaria Mists of Pandaria. Cant Login

I download Mists of P 5.4.2 from the site Download menu and when I try to Login an error says "This account needs to be converted". I am aware there is a thread about this topic and I did also tried all the solutions (Turning off Anti-Virus Protection Software off, Turning off Firewall plus the ping doesn't fail). The realm list is correct cause I downloaded it from Warmane Site but I also double checked just In case. So my question is what should I do. I see in forum Threads about 5.4.8? Did I downloaded the wrong expansion patch? Can I update it if that's the problem? If not what should I do?

Right now all realms are experiencing connectivity issues so I would wait to see

I get DC'd hanging on the auth. The frontpage mentions connectivity problems, though it isn't all that specific.

I keep on getting a popup that says my account needs to be converted to a battlenet account. Is this related to the current issues with logging in?
