It's All Fun and Games

For some reason I'm missing the quest "It's All Fun and Games" from Koltira Deathweaver who is located on the horde ship in Icecrown. I checked the NPC Baron Silver who should continue the chain quest from the quest above but he doesn't have any quests as well. Therefore I can not open up The Shadow Vault quests and quartermaster.
edit: I checked and followed all the quests in this chain and I couldn't find any quests from the Baron or Koltira. I'm at 100/140 quests done in ICC.
Does someone have any suggestions?

This quest is bugged as the Oculus is missing in the game. I submitted a ticket with a GM and they completed it for me so all I had to do was turn it in. Just submit a ticket :)
