Hello id like to ask if hit and expertise were fixed and work as they should meaning 8% hit and 26 expertise.

Cause i think you cant test it on dummy and i was raiding with 17 expertise no problem.

Cause i think you cant test it on dummy and i was raiding with 17 expertise no problem.

When i was testing it i was so sure that combat logs are just ****ed up and dont show dodges, but there is no proof of that. i was testing it under capped without flask then i used exp elixir and enchant and my dps went up. But on this server you can never be sure.
