1. Cross Faction Chat Maybe?

    We had it for a while; there are quite a few people I have talked to that still think its a great addition to a 'smaller' server such as ours. I really think it would bring out a bit of cross faction competitiveness that we have been lacking, it would put pvp back into perspective for alot of people who have become indifferent to what it used to mean. Ex: raiding a main city and having everyone just leave instead of defend.

    If there was some way to get people riled up, or have some pride that they chose a faction and now should defend it; it would add something... maybe give some of the goobers here something else to do besides complain :D

    feel free to reply. would REALLY like a staff reply on this tho.

    TL:DR- cross faction chat in /s.. who would that really hurt?

  2. Sure but what it will end up being is:
    ''@^$^@ you !@&&@''
    ''Ill @&$@* your @#**@''

  3. na, an unfriendly global chat its just enougth. Even if the horde yells on the chat: we are going to SW, nobody cares

  4. Back then WE HAD cross faction chat and what made it fun was there were cross faction events that took place.

    There was a lvl 30 troll druid named Hypermode who use to host Ally vs Horde Rap Battles in Dalaran. Hype moved on to another mop server after the change.
    Other times it is usually a horde/ally asking for questions about opposite side of the faction or wanting to know if this quest works or not.
    Some instances of ally/horde high lvl helping a low lvl, be befriending them because their own faction isn't helping them at that moment in time.
    Goldshire isn't the same anymore without the mingle of both factions.

    Warmane stated this was a bug so they removed it with the language barrier (Which isn't a blizz-like lang barrier, just generates random gibberish regardless of what you time).

    There is a rumor on Frostwolf about addons and some player who is able to speak with the other faction, let along include them into a group. But these are just rumors.

    Also after the change, 90% of the Role Playing community left Warmane, including the cancellation/deletion of their guilds which had like 300 members plus xD.

  5. Yeah mang, back in our day I use to be the inside man helping players out or chilling with a RPing Taruen.
