Hello and thank you for reading >Sihaya<'s recruitment post!
We're a newly formed NA based PvE guild on outlands server with our sites set on re-entering BT and Sunwell. We have a solid core of raiders with full clear experience from retail, everything from vanilla through WOTLK. We are here to clear content and not waste anyone's time, while also enjoying each others company and the game.

Our leadership has years of shared experience running end game raiding guilds and will be fair and always honest.

What Sihaya has to offer you:
- A very smooth raid experience with minimal time spent per boss. We understand you have a life outside of game and want to help you get back to it.
- Fast and thorough explanations of raid tactics/roles and what's expected for each class to make for quick pulls and progression.
- We all have a great sense of humor and hope that you will too! Shenanigans are plenty, but when it comes crunch time expect an serious raid environment
- A fair and just loot council based on guild need. Loot will come and come for us all, guild need is priority with emphasis on tanks.

What we expect from you:
- Regular on time attendance
- A basic understanding of encounters and tactics before raid
- Be aware of the mistakes you make while raiding and do your best not to duplicate them. We're here to progress as quickly as possible through content.
- Be open to constructive criticism and if you see an opportunity to share it in return don't hesitate to speak up.
- Be raid ready. We don't expect you to epic gem your starting blues but bring consumables and meet the minimum criteria for the raid you're entering. Speak up or research online if you're unfamiliar with what those are.

-Loot system :
A 4 person loot council will determine loot based on attendance, performance, and guild need. be chill, not a douche, open to criticism, raid ready and loyal and loot will come in plenty.



Our raid schedule as of today (an extra day may be added in the future) in server time:
Raids may extend an additional 30 minutes if we're pushing content.

Wednesdays - 12:30 a.m. - 3:30 a.m.
Thursdays- 12:30 a.m. - 3:30 a.m.

Or 6:30 - 9:30 u.s. central for all of our NA based peeps.

Progress:
8/11 Kara - Illhoof, Nightbane and Nethersprite left.

We are currently recruiting heavily to fill out a 2nd and 3rd Kara group so we can begin our 25 man content.

Tanks - Feral druid only. Prot warrior and Paladin is closed.

All exceptional players will be considered, we have a solid core of players with hardcore end game experience and while we'd love to fill out our roster with others in the same boat we understand that this is not likely. If you have that experience and are looking to relive the glory days than Sihaya is the place for you!
