Account theft ban

Apparently my account was stolen and during that time it was banned for advertising. The account is now banned by IP and I cannot even raise a support ticket about the ban. The banned IP seems to be in Russia, I am not from Russia and have never played from there.

What do I need to do to prove I am innocent? If you allow me to raise a support ticket, we can discuss it there properly. I am also open to providing proof here (as long as it doesn't involve anything sensitive).

send an email to [email protected]. if you can't make a support ticket you were likely banned for using a vpn. as a ban to your actual account would let you make a ban appeal.
