The Jade forrest Bugged - the art of war

Hi All,

so, as you may know the bugged quest "the art of war" is bugged and it causes the are "the jade forrest" in Pandaria to be completely empty.

No, as this is the first time me and my friends were levelling up on this server we didn't know that and we turned in the quest.
After that we keep on levelling up in other areas but still the jade forrest is empty.

Can some GM or staff member help us out of this bug? We can't even do reputation quests as the NPCs are not there!

It's posts like this that have kept me out of these bugged states. Thank you, but you should really make a ticket in-game. GMs might be able to phase you in or complete the quest.

thanks for the answer. I already opened an in-game ticket but a week has passed now and no GM showed up, that's why I asked here.
Also, some other player told me he has a ticket opened for 3 years on the same topic.

I'd like to know if there is some way to fix this.

I wish I could offer more. I did look at the bug tracker for any solutions, but it seems it's been "confirmed", but nothing is being done about it for a year. have you tried abandoning the quest and leaving pandaria to reset the phase?

I have updated the existing reports with additional info to correct the phasing of the alliance intro chain as soon as possible

I managed to get in touch with a GM trough an in-game ticket and for me the problem is resolved ( he completed the next step of the chain quest "into the mists" for me) , but fyi the bug is still present also for Horde side and all my mates has it as well so I suggested them to open a ticket each.
