If you've waited 18 days it's quite possible either your mail got kind of pushed down and forgotten about or they ignored you because you're crying over 150g compared to people who have lost items worth tens of thousands. :)

150 gold is not so much, but if this is your first character - this is an unpleasant amount for loss.
P.S. - I kind of keep silent about the fact that in the bags there was a sea of grass, ink, things and fabric.
