WotLK IP Banned

Hey there, so i've been playing in this server on and off for a few years now( March 6, 2014).
Now i find out i've got IP banned, and the IP that is banned is from the united states. My regular IP's are in SPAIN, and i cant open a ticken in the suppot tag bcs im banned.

Can someone give me any options?
