Realms Adjustable exp rate for Icecrown/Frostmourne (1x-7x instead of just 7x)

As much as I enjoy blasting through the leveling most of the time, sometimes I want to take it slow and do more things while its level-appropriate. I know Lordaeron exists but I don't want to always slog through leveling. It would be great if I could sometimes lower it to 1x when I feel like it, 2x, 3x, etc. I am not asking for faster leveling, only optional slower leveling for when the mood strikes. I have seen such an option enabled on another realm but I don't know why it's not available here.
