Technical I lost my email address and I don't want to lose my characters

hi, my email address is gonna be deleted and I don't want to lose my characters, I already tried to change the email from the web page but there was an error and I couldn't change anything.
is there any way to change the email address or to transfer the characters to another account without cost?

It said "there was an error sending the confirmation mail" probably because my email is blocked
