WotLK Few queries about faction change

Hello guys, I'm trying to faction change my human priest to a blood elf priest. I have a small query about this process - Will my gold and items in bank automatically transferred to horde side as well? I have few BoE's in my bank, after changing the faction can I mail them to my horde toons and will they be able to use them?

Everything in your bank and bags will transfer, and you will be able to mail your BoEs to your horde toons.
