Unfair looting

Hey there, we was on VoA25. The leader forgot to set loot settings and at the end we could roll all for items. Master said we need to pass it, so some of us done that. One mage didnt do that, got item and logout.
Is this behavior ok or not ok?

That's not OK. RL making a mistake doesn't make the rules go out of the window.

If you have screenshots of what happened, you could consider making a report.
