Hello!
On your current new created account go to the account panel ("My account" at the top of the page) > Support > Create Ticket > Account recovery and write everything you remember about your old account.
there is no such option as acc recovery. and the other options dont work
as i have the same issue with 2 donater accounts, id like to see some contact to fix the issue
Same I tried to send them a ticket it didn't work all I see is ban appeal....
