I'm wondering if I still available to restore my old account? because I didn't knew about this until now and I want to have my old accounts back. please answer thank you.

Hello!

On your current new created account go to the account panel ("My account" at the top of the page) > Support > Create Ticket > Account recovery and write everything you remember about your old account.

there is no such option as acc recovery. and the other options dont work
as i have the same issue with 2 donater accounts, id like to see some contact to fix the issue

Same I tried to send them a ticket it didn't work all I see is ban appeal....
