Well, to be honest, it is your own fault. You put your trust in someone and gave him access to your account. Therefore you're responsible for the actions he make when playing on your account.
I'm not sure what the server's policy is about this matter, when you share account with someone else, but I would guess that it is your own problem to handle and if you find your ban to be wrong, you should post a ban appeal to the staff, providing informations and proofs of your innocent.
And last.. Please keep a nice tone around here.
You give away your account and you get upset when your friend does something with it that you DO NOT like? I mean really? This is basic internet security 101 don't give your info to anyone. I don't even think Warmane will do anything about this. They just might perma ban that acc for account trading.
