yeah u need ur gear deleted and your gold dumped i knew the kid in real life but the kid moved away. now the kid changed my account info never give your info to anyone that is under 2200 on the PvP sever they are untrustworthy and even then.

Well, to be honest, it is your own fault. You put your trust in someone and gave him access to your account. Therefore you're responsible for the actions he make when playing on your account.
I'm not sure what the server's policy is about this matter, when you share account with someone else, but I would guess that it is your own problem to handle and if you find your ban to be wrong, you should post a ban appeal to the staff, providing informations and proofs of your innocent.
And last.. Please keep a nice tone around here.
