Few days ago, my account has been hacked and all my items had been stolen, i didnt post a ticket back then because i wasn't using the double authentication, so i guess it's my fault there.
But today i received a email which says that has been a request to acces to my account from a new location without showing any IP address, can you help me trace it up or something ?
If it doesn't include IP address, it's ingame authentication attempt. During ingame authentication, you get an email even if password is entered incorrectly.
So that's even worse i guess ?, i wasn't playing at the time when the email was sent..
No. It just means that someone tried to log in game and entered your username. It doesn't mean that they even know your password. And without your password, they can't log in.
Well, fair enough, i bet its the same guy who "hacked" me in the 1st place.
Yes, the same person probably tried to log in again but couldn't and probably won't try again.
I can confirm this, Sounds exactly like what happened to me.
Just make sure your new password is longer and stronger, and harder ;D
