How character trade works

Is there a sticky somewhere in the forum for how character trade works in detail?

I have questions such as:

-Is the character removed from their current guild?

-If the emblems are not transferred during the process, are they just destroyed?

-Is there anything to watch out such as...if I send an item from character Ababa to my alt Xoxo, and then put Ababa to sale, does the mail sent still remain in the mailbox? (Had a similar issue in another server when a character is deleted, the sent mail would also disappear)

I tried to find something like a FAQ about trading but couldn't. If you know, please give links or teach me how to find such topics. There is too much tradition on this server and not enough intros.

Characters stays in the same guild afaik
Emblems stay on the character
I wouldn't know the answer to the mail thingy, my guess is it stays since mails on the same account are instant
