Inactivity cleanup that happens every year. Have you checked under character restoration service on the website?
Could be that some1 broke into your account aswell.

My friends have still their charcaters and they played at the same moment than me
Hae you actually checked in game? The inactivity also clears nicknames and you won't seem till you log in the realm and set a new name
