Im banned for 2 day, i send ticket for support and that what they reply
The ban placed on this account has been lifted, don't let it happen again - refusing to participate or leave while active in a RDF group

Wait it out. By the time you send another reply and receive and answer it will expire.

Rest 10 hour for ban.. they ansswer me last night ! i dont know why they told me "The ban placed on this account has been lifted" and im still banned !
Could be they sent a message to wrong person. They banned my acc for advertising for 3 minutes so accidents do happen.
i dont think tis wrong message cause they reply me in ticket !
In that case, assuming you're Premium, open another one.
