Wait it out. By the time you send another reply and receive and answer it will expire.
Do as you're told in the future: "don't let it happen again - refusing to participate or leave while active in a RDF group"

Rest 10 hour for ban.. they ansswer me last night ! i dont know why they told me "The ban placed on this account has been lifted" and im still banned !

Could be they sent a message to wrong person. They banned my acc for advertising for 3 minutes so accidents do happen.
