Hello! I tried to restore characters deleted TODAY(yeah :D ), but received a notification that I do not have enough coins, despite the fact that:
- Characters are eligible for no-cost restore within a 2 day grace period after deletion
Help me, please!
Open a general ticket on the website and ask for assistance there. Make sure to post few screenshots as proof.

I can choose only "Ban appeal" category
that "2 day grace period after deletion" has 7 days "cooldown" to avoid abuse

There's no info about cooldown but there is a cooldown.

From us. Like skulatbash said, it's there to not let people abuse the tool, so it's never going to be an issue to anyone using it properly.

Whilst I agree that 10 euros for flipping a bit in a database is a ripoff, you deleted the character yourself; you should be thankful that there exists a character restoration feature to begin with.Quote:
