Hello! I tried to restore characters deleted TODAY(yeah :D ), but received a notification that I do not have enough coins, despite the fact that:

- Characters are eligible for no-cost restore within a 2 day grace period after deletion

Help me, please!

that "2 day grace period after deletion" has 7 days "cooldown" to avoid abuse

From us. Like skulatbash said, it's there to not let people abuse the tool, so it's never going to be an issue to anyone using it properly.

I just want to restore my second character, what should i do now?

Characters stay available to be restored for 30 days, I believe. Depending on the server it was at you can use points to restore it, otherwise Coins.

Yeah, you'd better add a note about the 7 day cooldown to this line and do not mislead people.
They just want me to pay 10 euros for this, LOL 10 EUROS, that's where the real abuse is.

Whilst I agree that 10 euros for flipping a bit in a database is a ripoff, you deleted the character yourself; you should be thankful that there exists a character restoration feature to begin with.

The tool exists for cases where someone mistakenly erases the wrong character or the like, the sort of thing that wouldn't be required more than once a week. We didn't use to have any limitation, but then players began abusing the tool (like "extending" their amount of characters by deleting and restoring characters, juggling which was active in their accounts, or even "reserving" names by having them in deleted characters) and we eventually took action. There's no "abuse" going on, because as Shred says, you put yourself in that position by trying to misuse the tool.
