GMs Unable to Help With Bugged Loot?
Ran into an issue with Zul'Aman 4piece bear mount. We did the timed chest, had master looter on, and the bear mount was unlootable due to a bug (it would not let me, as master looter, assign to to anyone, just would open a window stating it would bind upon pickup and when i clicked okay or cancel, the loot container would close). We rolled it off, I took some screenshots of the issue, and submitted it to a GM.
The first response from a GM was to check the bugtracker and if it was already listed (it wasn't - shocker), then wait for the devs to fix it. It was clear the GM didn't even read the ticket.
I submitted a followup ticket, explicitly asking that the mount be sent to the roll winner. A GM replied "Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with your issue as we do not provide support for such cases."
Seriously? I submitted two tickets, outlined the issue clearly, provided screenshots, and a simple unlootable item cannot be mailed to the winner of the roll?
Is there a way to get actual, helpful support here or are we just SOL and one of my guildies gets screwed outta his earned loot? Why even have a ticketing GM system if they can't help with such a simple issue?
