i can't seem to find the exp rate button mentioned in http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=433921. I've disabled all of my addons and made a new character. I've also tried downloading a fresh client. Am i missing something here?

It quite literally says that you just right click experience bar (there's no button to click).
