Coin Gifting rules (recent ones)

It seems there is some inconsistency about coin gifting rules.
My question is, can a player with no 2h auth gift coins, and can they be used right away on trade system.
When i searched on forums(mostly 2017- April 2021) It said that you do have to have 2h authentication and need to wait 72 locks, and answers are from same FAQ about coins including link from it.
But on that same coin FAQ it says, that neither of the parties require 2h, and it doesn't say anywhere that they can't be used in 72h.
Weirdly, last question about it on forum i read was april 2021, it was same answer. Did they change it recently or is it something else?

What is the Coin Gifting tab?
The Coin Gifting tab allows players to gift coins to other accounts. This is the only form of gifting/sharing coins officially allowed by Warmane. Like trading, gifting has limitations:
- Gifting no longer requires two factor authentication on both accounts, or any account for that matter.
- Gifting is no longer limited to 1 gift per 24 hours.
- Gifting no longer requires 6 month old accounts to send/receive gifts.
- Coins received through gifting can be used in the trade system.

To send coins as a gift, you must have 2FA enabled for at least 3 days.

If the recipient wants to use those coins on Trade section, he must then wait 3 more days for the coins to be unlocked. Also, if I remember correctly, buying from Trade section also requires 2FA to be enabled for at least 3 days.

What about receiving gift ?

Does it need 2FA also to receive coins ?
What if I had only 1FA at the time my friend sent me gift coins and I do uppload to 2FA 2 days later ?
Does the coins should appear on my account before these 3 locking days or does they will appear only after these 3 days ?

no, he does not need to do anything special to "receive" coins

Btw, the coins gained via Gift or Trade are "locked coins"
"locked coins" = you are free to use them immediately on "Store" and "Services" BUT they will be usable on "Trade" after 3 days instead

So from the minute my friend click to send me gift coins, it should appear straight on my account. Even if i didnt uppload to 2FA yet. Is that correct ?

yes, exactly.

He send coins -> you get coins instantly (maybe just a few seconds)

If you got nothing it means that:
1) your friend wrote your character's name incorrectly
2) your friend is trolling you
3) your "friend" has scammed you
