Help! An abnormal ban!

Dears,
I played warmane since 2016, donotated more than 1000c , having 3 accounts with zero irregularities.
i got banned due to botting 1 month ago, , GM reply i have a clearly using of illegal programs which is completely not true!

My twice ban appeal replys is "Yet again reviewed & yet again we've decided against lifting this ban at this time due to the nature of this infraction."
Its a unclear reply for me, what does gm reviewed and how does them make the decision?
I know clearly i have never use any botting program not only on warmane but aslo all game i played and i wont play tricks on my double orange rank accounts.

Ticket only able to created once a month,
[email protected] did not reply.
Does anyone had similar situation and can advise some good way to communicate with GM?

You got your ban appeal denied due to overwhelming proof against your account. That's it, there's nothing unclear about it, nor any alternative recourse.
