Depends on case.

Ban appeals can take weeks.
In-game tickets usually within 48 hours.
Premium support tickets within few days.
Emails probably several days.

And how could I speed it up ? appealing the ban?

You can't speed anything up. You can't remove the tickets/emails that were sent before yours. Also ban appeals are the lowest priority.
