Looks like something is wrong with accented letters in the forum.

Someone changed the forum from utf-8 to "Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1". That seems a mistake.
Forgot to reply, but this was forwarded earlier to Palutena so it can be checked and solved with the Staff responsible for the website.
I believe it should be just a matter of all involved parts being online.
