Lost character

I am missing my Night Elf Druid 80 lvl.
Meaneffect is the character name.

Here in barracks i can see it but without name:

Have you logged into the game using the game client and confirmed that it is not there?

well i understand this. But it happened to me before February 20 of this year. Nothing can be done?

Characters that were deleted during inactivity cleanup can't be restored.
Characters that were deleted by a player can be restored within next 30 days.
Characters without names can be renamed by trying to access them in-game.
