You must complete the quest All Hail the Conqueror of Skorn! for that one to work.
i have same problem there is not any quest in map to accept. "gjalerbron attack plans" still not working and game masters didn't help me for that.Quote:

Which is came from 'Vrykul Scroll of Ascension', that is also dropped there from same mobs.
