i have same problem there is not any quest in map to accept. "gjalerbron attack plans" still not working and game masters didn't help me for that.

It worked (for Horde) - right after finishing two quests:
'Rivenwood Captives'
and 'Stop the Ascension!'
Which is came from 'Vrykul Scroll of Ascension', that is also dropped there from same mobs.
