My characters are gone

I hope this message finds you well. I recently encountered an issue on your private server where my characters seem to have disappeared, including my beloved level 80 hunter. I've invested a lot of time and effort into developing this character, and losing it has been quite disheartening.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and restoring my character to its previous state. Your support in helping me recover my progress would be greatly appreciated.

If you haven't logged in a long time, make sure you check in game as it may have been flagged for a rename on the latest inactivity clean up

If your character was on Frostmourne season 3, go to https://www.warmane.com/account/services select Frostmourne > character transfer

Lastly, if none of those, it may be your account got compromised and characters got deleted, go to https://www.warmane.com/account/services and select character restoration. ( note that it's only available for recently deleted characters)
