I have two characters on Icecrown but none of them on showing when I try to login. I'm showing a level 1 Night Elf Rogue who is nameless. I can't open a ticket because the only option available to me is "Ban Appeal". Any advice?

Either deleted due to Inactivity Cleanup and Gold Squish for a healthier economy, or by another player.
Restoration period is 30 days for player deleted characters, so it's likely they are gone forever.
Even though they show up in my armory?
Right account? Do the names match the characters you had? Names can be re-used.
