Didn't get any reply to a ticket

Hello, I have problem with my old account, I send a ticket like 1.5 week ago, and till now I did't get any reply to it, still I can't log to my old account. So I just want to ask how long its gonna take to change email on that account.

It should've been checked by now.

May take longer depending on how vaguely you've given any info.

Still doesn't working. I think I gave up enough information, but okay, I will wait a little bit more.

If you keep replying to the conversation the conversation gets bumped up in the inbox and your turn will never arrive.
